Pencils Down

Ugh, last nights class sucked. I didn’t study nearly enough last week and felt out of it. It was as if it was my first class or something. Much fun. Not. Maybe now that my beloved [tag]Canucks[/tag] are out of the playoffs, I won’t have the distraction of hockey.

In other news which partially explains why I wasn’t studying, the hard drive in my PC is near dead. “Why aren’t my shows being recorded? Dammit!” As much as I wanted to blame [tag]Windows[/tag], it is indeed hardware. I put in a spare drive, installed [tag]Ubuntu[/tag] and it’s working like a charm.

So Spanky showed up for work today wearing a pair of [tag]Crocs[/tag]… He’d been threatening to do so for some time and today was that day. I questioned him about it and tried to introduce a ridicule storm but it didn’t really take off which is odd given the sarcasm level in the dev pit. I still fondly recall Alex showing up in a pair of Capri pants and being abused in the worst possible manner. That was two years ago and we’ve haven’t seen those pants since.

Well, I need to hit the books but not before I wish The Shnewt’s a belated happy anniversary. Four years on and Biff is still alive. Good for you dude.

Hmmm, I just found a bottle of salad dressing which expired in April of 2006. That means it was 3 months out of date when I moved here. Well, carry on…
