Shaddup…

I had my third Hangul class tonight. Damn it’s hard. I have a new perspective on people who learn English. They’re much smarter than me.

The class is actually going really well though I still haven’t learned to say “My manager smells like a goat…” Maybe next week.

The class is small but the people and teacher are nice. We’re planning on taking a week off at the end of the class and then starting on part 2 right away and we’re all in.

So it wrapped up a bit early which was a blessing as we were doing double consonants and they are simply brutal as the pronunciation changes depending on position but I digress…

I know I’m the only one who even knows that the Canucks are playing tonight. I tried to get home as fast as I could but I always walk to the bus stop with this girl and chat until her bus comes. She’s a fellow geek and we get along well and besides Seymour is sketchy at the best of times so I don’t really mind.

Robson was eerie; it was a ghost town even for a Monday night. Basically it was just people who don’t care about hockey and cops. Lots of cops…

I managed to get home and caught the last 5:19 of the game. Good to see them win. Guess who won’t be getting any sleep tonight? It’s a freakin’ street party outside which is fine but when the party is over, go home ok? Thanks.

I had the Kleenex handy as was sure they would lose! Oh, man, I hate it when it’s the 7th! Hope you have earplugs to block out the yahoos out there.

One of the downsides of living in the core… but overall a prett minor inconvenience methinks.

All locations that people live at have their pro’s and con’s. For me its those long commutes into Downtown…for you…crazies yelling and screaming till all hours of the night after the game.

it’s actually pretty bad most nights down here, particularly on weekends. things seemed to wrap up around 11:30 last night so it wasn’t too bad…
