Wedding expenses; ugh. The wife and I have been sharing a document to track everything that we need to pay for, plan etc. I had the brilliant idea that a spreadsheet work work better so I decided to create one and share it with her, yada, yada, yada…
Now I’ve always considered myself fairly handy with finances and all. I track shit. I keep my receipts. I total it and manipulate it in multiple spreadsheets. I put it into categories figuring that someday I’ll do something with all my data.
I spent over three hours Saturday trying to get the number to reconcile properly resulting in a near total loss of brain function. The problem being that MiHwa has paid several deposits meaning she obviously owes less for some things than me. Other things she has paid for outright. I figured it might have been wrong of me to ‘overlook’ that and just split everything 50/50, hence my descent into spreadsheet hell. I think I finally have it right. She says it looks good but I dunno how closely she looked at it. I wonder if she’d notice a sundry MacBook item…
Today it was DimSum with the usual suspects. Sweet feathery moses, that stuff doesn’t sit well with me. I like it and all but I feel like crap afterward and today was no different. I ate over 9 hours ago and I honestly don’t feel that digestion has started. I even walked home in an attempt to speed up the process but no luck.
On the other hand, I really didn’t need to do anything for dinner…

Dad enjoyed your post – “A sundry MacBook item”! I think she’d notice!:)
PS Glad you liked the blog- it’s all fact!Love
Hey Buddy, aside from your bookkeeping problems, sounds like you have everything under control. On an aside here… had DVD burner installed (you were not available) and since then have been experiencing difficulties. Today, came home and it took over 27 minutes for the computer to generate jsut the windows screen!! as you have aptly put it on occasion wtf!!!! Any helpful advice is most welcomed! When do you leave for Korea?
