Also nice to know that you ask questions of your potential employers in interviews, then number of interviews I give where no one asks more than the usual questions (when do I work, how many people work here, blah blah blah), I think it shows genuine interest, and that you've actually thought about the job and the company. I think the best question I ever got was: Q: If there were going to be layoffs at the company, what signs would management give to let people know that it was coming? A: ummm...probably your manager staring at you blankly, like this, as if he's trying to think of a witty answer for a stupid question glad it went well.
