Oddly, I’m still awake after 29 hours without sleep. I’m tired but so screwed up that I’m not sure of what I’m to be doing now. So I will blog…

Speaking of screwed up, it took over 20 minutes to get everyone off the plane. Why would that be? Canadian Immigration. 400+ people trying to get off a plane and two ‘officers’ in the gangway inspecting passports. Not Canadian? Then you get questioned. Nice, very nice. Only in Canada is busy work so highly valued. Near the baggage check there was a cowboy walking around questioning non-Canadians. It was embarrassing to watch.

The flight went well; only one baby but there was a group of a dozen or so teenagers who thought that when the lights went out it was time to get up and mingle. Could have been worse.

We landed about 9 AM and I was home by 12:30. Had a shower and then sat here wondering what to do. It’s a strange feeling; you fly half-way around the world, have a fantastic adventure and the next thing you know it’s all over. You’re standing in your kitchen as if it never happened.

I’m also happy to report that I got my pictures off the memory card. I found one pic that fails to draw and I think that might have been the problem. Still it’s a shame as there were many nice pictures that could have been taken.

Hmmm… I guess I should study or something.
