October 29th, 2004 — life
… phoned 911 when her owner fell out of her wheelchair and barked urgently into the receiver until a dispatcher sent help. Then the 4-year-old Rottweiler unlocked the front door so the responding police officer could come in.
An incredible story of how dogs can be smarter than the humans. Read on…
Oh, today I received enough comment spam to officially pass the comment spam that my friends send me… *sigh* The internet is going to hell. I did see a story that more people are searching for online shopping related terms than they are for porn related terms. Maybe there is hope or perhaps they are searching for dildos…
Sometimes, after I’ve played a lot of GTA… I want to throw canned corn off my balcony at the hapless humans below.

October 28th, 2004 — this sucks
The title is an actual search term that led someone to this site…
Been a while since I posted, so I little update. Monday, Biff and I went out to Richmond and tore up the indoor kart track. That was $50 well spent. What fun! Now there was some confusion regarding the timing and scoring but the print out said we got third and that’s the storey we’re going with.
Speaking of stats and the like, 97 people ended up here after doing a search for Adrian Clarkson. A negative aspect is all the comment spam. Sometime tomorrow (or maybe even tonight) I will have received more comment spam than actual comments. My stats are increasingly littered with crap that has nothing to do the visitors actually coming here.
It’s gotten to the point that I’ve actually given thought to pulling the site down for a while though I doubt it would make much difference at the end of the day.
So yeah, that’s about it. I’m pretty sure I had more to say but at this point it escapes me and I really don’t care.
Thank you and good day.

October 25th, 2004 — just because...
Another reason that I like my job…
Bring a six-pack of your favourite homeland beer, an unusual beer you’ve tried and think fellow beer drinkers should sample or a beer that just looks interesting.
And what goes best with beer? Beer snacks! If you know of a perfect tasty accompaniment, share some with the group.
Time: Friday Oct 29th 5pm
Place: Kitchen
What to bring: Six Pack and Snacks.
